See more about orphan center The association would like to build a community centre for the orphans in Pointe Noire. It would provide orphans and volunteers with a place to meet each other. At the moment, the only place where volunteers meet for the cultural activities is the house of the president of HALTE-SIDA. Although this has been of great use in the past, as the association has grown, it is no-longer able to meet the growing demands of the orphans and the volunteers. We do need sponsorship for this project, if you want to support us, please contact us The centre will provide the following functions: - a social / community centre for orphans, foster parents and volunteers - a crèche for the younger children - a centre for school support - a centre providing entertainment for all the orphans - a centre for cultural activities Our objective is not only to support orphans financially but also to give them back their childhood. We want to give them back the smile they have lost. We want to provide them with the motivation and the means to go back to school, and to equip them with the necessary skills for the working world. We need your financial support to help us achieve this aim. The first step would be the purchase of land and the construction of the building. 100 % of the money you decide to contribute will be used to support this project.
